Having watched all the Star Trek series since they first came out in the '60s, and all the movies many times I was totally surprised by this series! It is amazing! All of the characters are superbly performed, and convey deep emotion with authenticity. Each of the episodes portray a parallel to normal life challenges, and convey the feelings with genuine depth. Some of the dialogue is truly inspiring, and causes a self-examining person to collate their own feelings with the character. It was deeply moving, and I highly recommend it to anyone even if they are not a science fiction fan. This will stimulate your heart and mind in a most entertaining way!
