I'm a fan of the show so I appreciate The Tenderloins humor and the fact there is an apparent sweetness or pathos they have to how far they will go to complete a dare from their buddies. These guys actually feel humiliated when things don't go their way and it adds an extra level to the shock entertainment spectrum. I'd say there have been way more funnier and memorable moments from the series but the movie has some good ones with some great interactions with normal people.
The actual movie plot that The Tenderloins attempt to tie in is really the weakest part of the whole thing. This isn't masterful movie making or anything, but it's a great way (IMO) to spend 90 min laughing and we get to see a really great friendship (that formed in '92) reach the pinnacle of becoming famous by getting to be goofballs for the joy of others.
