- TriviaDavid Krumholtz played a psychotic young man in an episode of ER in which he attacked people because he thought that someone wanted to take his internal organs. In this episode, Larry recounts a recurring dream of someone wanting to take his internal organs, and at the end, Charlie is reluctant to sign a donor card because he wants to "hang on to his internal organs." Lots of "internal organs" references.
- GoofsThe fleeing ambulance plows into the side of a taxi cab and is launched into the air where flips end over end defying all the laws of Physics. In reality the ambulance would T-bone the cab and might roll over but it would not fly over the cab unless the stunt coordinator had a ramp in place to launch it, a common tactic used to make accidents more spectacular.

This is one of my favorite episodes of the entire series. There's far less focus on the "math", instead focusing on the characters. In particular, this is one of the few episodes where Amita plays a central role. Navi Rawat does a fantastic job, and only makes it clear she should've been given more screen time across all 6 seasons.
